Perfect fit for my new traditional bath

Toilet is shipped in a cardboard box with no padding to protect it. After two attempts to get a toilet delivered, with it being damaged both times, I requested a refund. This was no fault of Wayfair. Shame on Kohler for charging $1200 for a toilet and shipping it in a cardboard box with no protection. I can't imagine anyone getting a toilet that is not broken; it's made of porcelain which is fragile. Buyer beware. For this item you are better off buying it at a big box store in which you can inspect it and transport home on your own. Again, no fault of Wayfair. The manufacturer should better protect their product; especially for the price they charge. I cannot speak to the functionality of the toilet since I've not be able to install one that did not arrive broken.

Poorly packed, first one arrived damaged, Delivery company amazing, had to reschedule plumber and wait for replacement…good product poor packaging
