This is a quality toilet and looks elegant in the bathroom. Note: it doesn't come with the toilet seat which surprised me but I didn't read the fine print under product details so my fault. I had to run out and buy the seat at a local hardware store when the guy was here installing it.

This toilet has an amazing and fast flush. TOTALLY SOLD on the "aquapiston" technology. I used to joke that I never met a toilet I couldn't clog but I don't think I can say that anymore LOL.

Matched our other fixtures. First one came broken. Wayfair replaced it immediately.

A little frustrated they delivered bowl and tank 2 weeks ago and I brought it in house,I did not know there were supposed to be 2 boxes. I found that out when my plumber came to install it, and found out only 1 piece of 2 piece unit was here, so I then call Cust service and find out they took other piece back because damaged. And I was not contacted by anyone to explain that something was damaged.So fast forward today get texts that delivering 2 pieces today call plumber and what happens somehow order gets split up and piece is coming tomorrow so now I have multiple service call bills for plumber who has not been able to install it. So hopefully it will come tomorrow and hopefully someone will reach out from your company and do something to make me feel appreciated as I have spent thousands of dollars in the past year and I love the convenience of using your company but my patients are waning

After 2 years we still love this toilet.
