The sink is gorgeous but it took 3 times before they packed it well enough for it to get to me in one piece. It came broken twice (they were good about re-sending a new one quickly). I had to call finally and beg them to put a note for the warehouse to add more cushioning. It was a hassle but I am overall happy with it.
