Our home was built 15 years ago and two of our Kohler toilet seats had broken. Our toilet was discontinued, but I found the correct replacement seat through Kohler. Wayfair by far had the best price of all other options available for purchase. I called Wayfair to confirm the product and the representative was very knowledgeable. I received the order timely and it matched our old toilet seats exactly except for being not quite as white, but that is a Kohler issue, not a Wayfair one. I was very pleased with representative who helped my on the phone and would purchase from Wayfair again. Pros: The toilet seat was a correct match for my discontinued toilet. Cons: The replacement seat was not the same bright white as produced 15 years ago, but the difference is not noticeable to the casual eye.
