Toilets are great comfortable height, narrow tanks, and lower water use (we replaced two low, round, toilets with big tanks). They give us a bit more room in our 2 small bathrooms. Each item ships as 2 piecesboxes, so make sure you receive both before you start taking out your old toilet. We didn’t realize we’d received 3 out of 4 boxes until the plumber was onsite to install them. Wayfair took care of my disappointment as well as possible under my time constraints.
