The lid was received broken. Wayfair customer service was kind and efficient. Hopefully the lid will arrive prior to Sunday as I have family coming into town and that is the bathroom they will be utilizing.

They don't sell this toilet-- they ship you a Kohler Welworth New OLD STOCK which isn't even close to the specs of the toilet described here. So, you cannot rate a product you didn't receive. The item they shipped is an item that Kohler made 10 years ago and while it's a fine item-- it's not chair height and it uses more water per flush than this unit.
