Wrong item (description did not match) I called within an hour to cancel order, representative did not cancel but have me a credit. I tried to cancel online but it showed item was preparing to ship. I called customer service to initiate a return due to your description error. I had to wait to receive it. Package was dropped off on schedule. I tried calling Wayfair - hold times are extended due to COVID-19. Your online hours are not being held - so I could not process a return until after the holiday weekend.
