The kit that was sent to us had clearly been previously used. Our plumber could not install it due to missing parts. They said, Wayfair offered us a credit immediately and did not require that we return the defective item.

The price is right and it looks great

Great price for this set. The only problem is that it doesn't come with the valve. I think the manufacturer should include that and raise the price.
