Okay where to begin. The system is beautiful, but, you need to order three separate parts to make it a complete set. So basically, it is not a complete set for a very expensive shower system. Very disappointed in Wayfair and Koehler. Had to get on the phone twice to order additional parts to make it work. Wayfair would only give me 10 on each additional order for my inconvenience. I was always a good customer with Wayfair, now I have to rethink future purchases from them.
