I ordered this door because it said it was quick 2 day delivery. It ended up taking over two weeks to deliver and I had to order from somewhere else that had a better guarantee for delivery to finish the project on time. I returned it immediately and have been waiting over a month for a refund. False labeling for quick delivery and then poor customer service.

This door really elevates my fiberglass shower insert. I’m glad I had some professionals to install it. Beware it is tempered glass so please use foam to rest it on while installing because my contractor had set it on the tile and one of the panels shattered. So they had to order a replacement from Kohler and when it got here, the manufacturer had sent out clear glass instead of the frosted, so I’m using this this matched in the meantime while we wait for another replacement.  I do love the frosted glass as it adds a bit of privacy, and still lets in light, and hides all of the shower clutter. 

Extremely thin glass. Feels very cheap and the water guard is on the outside and looks horrible. Not the Kohler product quality I was expecting. Very disappointed

I will start out by saying that I generally love Kohler products. I purchased this door for an investment property. Loved the look of the door in photos online and waited extra time for the door as it was on back order. Just installed today and have to say that I don't think this is Kohler's best product. Not sure what I should have expected for the "grille pattern"...thought it would be made of the same metal that the frame was made of...it is actually some sort of paint or tape. The glass doors are thin...I would suggest upgrading to thicker doors.

Excellent product, company, and support team! Ease of installation could be improved. Options to better support an out of plumb side would be nice. For example, the fixed panel side was about 1/2 inch at the top and leaves a slight gap for water splashing.
