I ordered many items for my small bathroom remodeling project. When my handyman went to install this holder, it was defective. One end did not fit properly into the bracket (see photo). However, when I attempted to exchange it, I discovered that it was 10 days past my 30-day return window and Im SOL! Nice customer service after spending almost 1,500 in other supplies!
