This review is of Kohler, not the particular shower head. The shower head seems well made and heavy. I ordered this shower head directly from Kohler's website, upon unboxing I noticed it had oily finger prints all over it! It seems like I received a used or display model. Not what I was expecting from Kohler and obviously not too happy about it. Now I feel like I need to inspect the rest of my order.

I bought this about three months ago and it was so simple to install. It took about three minutes to install. My only criticism is that it is impossible to thoroughly clean the inside of of the shower head where most of the contamination would occur. I hope there is a solution to this, given how expensive they are.
