On nous a livré une toilette blanche et un réservoir gris!!! La commande était pour une toilette complète GRISE. On a retourné la toilette blanche par FEDex cette semaine et nous avons reçu un courriel confirmant la livraison le 11 mai 2026. En consultant mon compte, je vois que la livraison est reportée au 02 juin 2026 sans que je n'aie reçu à cet effet. DE plus, la toilette payée 912,75 CA le 15 avril est maintenant listée à 786 CA, ce qui fait une différence de 145,75 CA TTI. Il me semble que nous pourrions avoir un remboursement compte tenu des inconvénients que votre erreur nous a causés.

The bowl was fine, but unfortunately, the tank leaked from both the primary seal at the bowl and one of the two bolts. Fortunately, my plumber was able to address these issues, and Kohler reimbursed me for the time the plumber had to spend correcting the defective tank without any argument.
