Kohler Co. warrants its Choreograph products (including Choreograph accessories) to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential usage for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to Kohler products purchased and installed in North America, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America excluding Brazil ("Americas"). Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.* Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler Co. with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Kohler Co. exceed the purchase price of the product. If this product is used commercially or used outside of the Americas, Kohler Co. warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

Poor design. Hook does not snap all the way into housingplace, almost like it was cut poorly. Both hooks had the same problem, so it appears to be a manufacturing error.
