I didn’t love the polished nickel finish as it doesn’t really seem to match with my other bathroom hardware from the same brand.

High quality feel, beautiful finish. Highly recommend.

Ended up returning but just because we didn't need the slip-fit connection. Otherwise, great Kohler product as always!

We bought this product to replace a spout with a broken diverter. The installation was easy, except that there was conflicting information in the instructions. The printed installation sheet said the 5/8" tube out of the wall should be between 2 1/8" and 3 1/2" long, measured from the finished wall, whereas a sticker on the spout said that the tube between1 1/2" and 2 7/8" long. Fortunately there was enough of an agreement (2 1/8" to 2 7/8") between the two specifications that I was able to cut the tub to a workable length.

I paid a plumber to have this installed and immediately afterwards it started to leak a small stream of water that peters out to a drip once I turned the tap off. This lasts for about a minute before stopping. It also drips when it diverts to the handheld shower. Since it was already installed I've decided to just live with it, but not happy and don't recommend. Very disappointing because I like the look of the spout and it goes great with my other bathroom fixtures.
