I am a designer that specs this product and would like other designers/homeowners to know that the handle style is not an exact match to the Bancroft collection even though it is advertised as such. If you are extremely picky about everything matching...beware. Better off to buy a separate diverter valve control from the collection. Kohler needs to watch their branding.

This just got installed in my tub/shower. When the water is turned on, it comes out of both the tub spout and the shower head (regardless of whether it's set to the mounted head or the hand-held one). I expect something new out of the box to work properly when installed. This does not, and that is unacceptable.

This shower head set up looks professional and great. Nice water flow and easy to regulate.

Bad water pressure. I have other kohler shower fixtures that have much better pressure these seems weak in comparison especially considering the cost
