I never received a return label or QR Code at the bottom of the return page, now I have to call CS to correct this. I am starting to not like this company

Great water pressure and finish. 4 stars only because it is a little light weight - the plastic feels a little cheap once you pick it up but looking at it from afar its very pretty.

Exactly as described. It is plastic but it goes with all of our other Kohler fixtures. Chose to purchase components separately to get the longer slider and metal hose instead of what comes with the set. It looks great but cannot speak to usage yet because it won't be installed until next month. Like the size and look so far and price was great.

We use these in our business and need to order in bulk. This is by far the best price I have seen and shipping was very quick!

Light weight. Good for my mother to use in the shower.
