Assembly was pretty easy and the toilet looks awesome. The reason it's 4* instead of 5* however is I was unable to get the back plastic parts to fit fully flushly without compromising the alignment of the seat and cover. After finangling with it for about an hour, I was able to get it about 90% there, but despite my best efforts there is still a visible gap in the back where the seat and cover come together. I think where holes are drilled and screws need to be installed is just the tiniest bit off.

Best and comfortable

Just completed a bathroom renovation on a small bathroom and we were looking utilize as much space as possible. The Avoir looked perfect for what we were looking for and we looked everywhere. No tank in the wall or need for another electric outlet for the toilet. It is very contemporary and not a ton of bidet and light features that can go bad in a few years that we have to pay for and repair. Water fill is super quick and a strong, quiet flush. We certainly took a risk by buying a newly released toilet without reviews, but so glad we did. I will buy more for other bathrooms.
