I bought this from our local plumbing supply company. There are problems tightening it to the wall. There should be no instructions for a slip-on installation...make sure it is cut to the right length in the instructions......it should only be fitted to have the screw-on installation...now the plumbers will have to tear into the wall again if we don't want ongoing problems, not to mention the little water vent hole on the bottom back of the tub spout that drips water while the tub is running...it drains on the edge of the tub so what is the purpose of having a longer spout length? Im not sure if this is going to work or if we can keep this tub spout.

We both this tub spout for a bathroom renovation. When filling the bathtub, we noticed that it leaks from the back of the spout at the Allen key hole. The contractor has come back out and is unable to fix this. This is very disappointing as we had anticipated, there would be no issues with such a well liked product.

Nothing indicating in rough in instructions that a diverter is needed for Tub spout application. Also it leaks.

Solid fixture but water spots on flat surface constantly from shower above. Also, water dribbles out of the little allen wrench hole (near wall underneath) that doesn't make sense.
