Great quality haven’t installed yet—really like the look of it

Nice faucet sold out everywhere else but you had it in stock and I received it within two days

Nice faucet but was an opened box and missing parts and directions book. The only thing in the box is the faucet. Plumber is hesitant to install as he says that usually when the box is open- someone returned it for some defect and that I should have NEVER accepted delivery of an open box plumbing fixture. Still trying to find a plumber to install it. The plumbers I have asked All tell me they warranty their work and that the faucet is likely defective based on the box contents. The lesson here.... Do NOT accept an open box. Lesson for WAYFAIR- Do NOT send open box plumbing fixtures unless you are also sending the plumber to install them!!! The item description should also say “OPEN BOX”. A BIG disappointment!

Love the faucets with the sinks for our guest bathroom!

this faucet is beautiful, but why in the world they have an overflow hole in this drain for a vessel sink is beyond me. most vessel sinks do not have overflows. after paying nearly $1K, it's pretty bad that I have to buy a separate drain assembly that works.
