I received one of the sinks completely shattered. I filed a claim with Wayfair and they told me I needed to file a claim with FedEx and they could not do that on their end. I contacted FedEx and they said Wayfair needs to be the one to file the claim. The issues still has not been resolved and I have one intact sink and one shattered sink.
