This soap dispenser is beautiful but NOT usable/functionable. It has a separate plastic bottle insert for the liquid soap that sits inside the exterior wood box. The fit between the plastic bottle insert, pump and exterior wood box is poor rendering the dispenser essentially useless. I bought the trash can and the soap dispenser in the same design and unfortunately the soap dispenser does not function.

Love... just what we needed to fancy up a plain bathroom. Good quality on the pump
