Customers praise the product for its modern appearance, sleek stainless steel design, and convenient functionality. They appreciate its compact size, noting that it fits perfectly in small bathrooms and tight powder rooms. However, customers have negative opinions regarding its capacity, as many report that it holds only two rolls instead of three and struggles to accommodate thicker paper rolls.
