The Chicago collection's sophisticated, subtle details and clean lines make this the perfect choice for any bathroom space. Crafted from 9oplar solids and plywood, the Chicago 60" Single Vanity by James Martin Vanities is designed for beauty and function, offering ample storage. The two-door cabinet features six drawers and one adjustable shelf. Our beautiful finish will be paired with a classic top and under-mount sinks, creating a clean, classic look. The elegant finish on the legs, and decorative knobs add a contemporary touch. Choose to forego the metal legs for a modern wall-mounted option.

What is a P-Trap?

A p-trap holds water to prevent sewer gases from entering the home through the drain. It also traps debris that has drained from the sink to prevent the plumbing system from being clogged.

What is a Drain Assembly?

A drain assembly connects the sink to the P-Trap. It enables the faucet to function with the sink to drain or trap water in the basin.
