This was supposed to be a heated jetted jacuzzi tub! I even double checked with your customer service when I was notified it would be on its way. Your service personnel verified that it was a heated jacuzzi tub. Upon inspection once delivered there is no heating element there is only one 8 amp plug in for the motor! Theres no heating element no plug in for it whatsoever! I need to have you have a service technician come out and install a heating unit as was advertised and verified by your service personnel!

Totally wrong tub after waiting weeks and weeks. Wrong size, wrong finishes, soaking instead of jetted. Wayfair was great but the manufacturer was totally unresponsive to them and wouldnt even confirm that if they sent a new tub it would be the one that was listed on wayfair. I would recommend looking for any other manufacturer.
