I purchased this Whirlpool bathtub and received it 3 weeks later without a whirlpool feature. AT FIRST, Customer service admitted the mistake and arranged for the correct bathtub to be shipped. HOWEVER, 2 days later I was sent an email that the company misrepresented this bathtub and it should not have a whirlpool feature. They can offer me $500 discount to keep it or ship it back and be reimbursed for the shipping cost. This bathtub weighs over 200 lbs . I had to take down the stair railing, so three men could carry it to the third floor of my house and uncrate it. NOW I AM STUCK WITH THIS MONSTROSITY IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MASTER BEDROOM and Wayfair is telling me to ship it back for the reimbursement! The bathtub IS STILL SHOWING WHIRLPOOL JETS as one of the features.
