The marble top was pre drilled with holes for the faucet hardware. One of the holes had a tiny chip on the rim (maybe made by the plumber when doing install?).The chip picked up a little rust spot ( probably from the underside of the faucet hardware). It is growing bigger and bigger. I recommend doing a finger sweep of the holes for chips before installing hardware. Seal first if there are chipped areas The marble is also of low quality. Looks like it might have been repaired. It’s okay. Didn’t pay very much for it.
