I purchased this product and got a open box product. I had to call the customer service to replace my order. I installed the product in the mid of the November last year, it worked well until this year end of the January. The Shower head does not drip vertically, it goes to all the directions unevenly. I did see some reviews before my purchasing saying that they used your products for several months, they were broken. I did not listen because of the high rating reviews and thought maybe it is just bad luck .....I am so disappointed! I called manufacture support and opened a ticket. Now 10 days past, I have not got any response.
