This is NOT handheld and have complained to Wayfair! It's just a showerhead with no hose or mount available! Tried to make it work thru customer service but I've never heard from this "James Monroe" case manager! It's a beautiful shower head, but we had to send it back today as we need an hand held. Really bad marketing from Wayfair to advertise this as handheld when it is not . Beware of other products....
