Our shower is plastic lined and about an inch away from the wall, so it would've cracked or totally have busted trying to attach the bar- which is a shame because it really looks like a neat set up and idea! So we did what we could which is just replacing the shower head. The head sits vertically which will take a little getting used to, but it feels nice. The water feels soft but there's still enough pressure. It has a modern look and the hose is long enough for washing the body and rinsing down the shower afterwards. So I'm going straight down the middle with 3 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed The Hansgrohe Pulsify and created dual shower heads. The adjustable bar can be moved up and down for height and right or left. The hose can be left on the adjustable bar or used as a hand-held shower head. The pressure is perfect! I was able to wash my hair efficiently because it has a wide angle from a distance. It feels very nice on your skin, too. I love the modern look, and the brand is very well made. It just took a couple of drill holes in the tile and a diverter valve.

The head slides up and down the bar and the bar swivels so you can get into a good position. It takes a little getting used to but is nice! The head being able to detach has made washing my dog 100 times easier! My only real complaint is the directions are absolutely awful. I eventually called a contractor in to install and he even looked at them and complained at how vague and unhelpful it was.
