Hansgrohe, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that Hansgrohe and Axor products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns both the product and the home in which the product was originally installed. For commercial purchasers, the warranty period is (a) one (1) year for Hansgrohe products and (b) five (5) years for AXOR products, in each case from the date of purchase. The warranty period for products in the Rubbed Bronze, Matte Black, and Matte White finish is three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.

The hose doesn't get kinked and goes right back in without issue. My kids love it. Installation was simple. I'm in love and not sure how we lived without it this long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this Hansgrohe Finoris Roman tub set trim to try in my stand up Roman style bath tub . Easy to install with a few cheap parts from local hardware store and 3 basic tools. 4 hole faucet with polished chrome is easy to keep clean of mineral scale . All replacement parts are available and Hansgrohe has a excellent warranty policy if ever needed. Shower head uses 1.75 gpm which is ideal for any water system in your bathroom.

The sprayer was the reason we went with this design and we are so glad we did it pull out and back in smooth and has a great pressure spray! Doesn’t get water spots on it either! Super easy to clean

This fixture is absolutely gorgeous with its low sheen black finish and elegant simple design. I’m now redesigning my bathroom so I can incorporate this, actually designing bathroom around this!
