This is a good hand-held shower, I agree with a previous review in that I wish it was metal and heavier. The plastic feels a bit cheap and our old Grohe was much sturdier feeling, I wasn't afraid of breaking it. That's personal preference though because some people don't want to handle a big, heavy hand shower. It works great so I'm happy with it anyway.
