I like this system for its design and having all the functions I wanted. Some of the parts however are cheap feeling and completely plastic. Looks nice, but for the price I feel like there are other brands I would buy next time.

Beautiful quality product. I use Grohe over and over again.

The product is great but what is better is the customer service. My order had a small piece damaged and I was sent a whole unit to replace it.

Was recently installed. It is a nice looking system. It is easy to operate. No more hard to rotate knobs. Water comes out at set temperature on the dial. Some parts are plastic, so the longevity is a question.
