The faucet is very nice and worth 5 stars. The instructions are terrible and some parts don't even match the product. They get one star. FYI, I have done my share of faucet replacements from underneath, including a three hole. This one would have been brutal to do from underneath. But this time it was a new vanity and I mounted it before setting the countertop.

Perfect design for contemporary decor

Grohe quality is not what it used to be. I bought this expecting German solid brass construction only to learn that some parts are plastic. I have other Grohe products that have been excellent. But with professional installation, this faucet won't tighten down properly; it becomes loose and twists on our counter. I applied for warranty replacement and was told this model is discontinued. I was given a runaround about proof that I even ordered the thing, plus sending installed photos, and finally a warrant replacement order for another model was made on June 27. It's October 8th now, the original order was in March. Today I hear its backordered; we still don't have a faucet that works correctly. I also learned Grohe was bought by "American" Standard--but take a guess where this thing is made?

Wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything about this faucet. Great modern look & easy to install. We installed this in to a granite drilled countertop in a guest bathroom. The water flow was good, the handle were contoured for easy gripping. We will be using these in our other bathrooms in the future
