We love this spa shower system. Extremely good quality and craftmanship. Solid heavy handles and nice chrome finish. The only down side are the instructions for installation. Our contractor had a hard time doing the work properly and connected pipes that did not need to be connected. We ended up with the cold water mixing with the hot water throughout the house. Once we figured out the hook up wasn't done properly, he had to pierce the wall to correct his mistake. Clearer instructions and drawings would be beneficial. Otherwise, we love it! I give 4 stars only because of the installation that is a bit tricky. But this is definitely a high end product. No doubt about that.
