The product works as described. However, my husband contacted Grohe to see if there was a way to adjust the flow rate from the faucet since it's not mentioned in the manual. It's been a few days, and no one has responded to our question. The flow is too strong from the faucet causing the water to splash everywhere and creating a mess each time the faucet is used. Not ideal.
