I thought I was getting a complete toilet. Why would a toilet seat be titled“1.28 gpf (water efficient) Elongated One-Peice Toilet (Seat Included)”? I would think if your ordering a toilet seat that the seat is included (lol) and how does a toilet seat have a 1.28 gpf? A complete miss on the title. Also, I asked customer service what the height is from the floor to the seat and was told it was 16.5 inches. So apparently the customer service person thought the same thing and didn’t correct me. I even searched the product number on google to find more information on it and the product number comes up with an entire toilet not just a seat. So needless to say it’s going back to Wayfair.
