I was excited to take advantage of an open box price but it was actually a defective item… obvious that anyone should / would return it. I wish they would not re-ship defective item. I’ve had a few issues with open-box shopping to date but the return experience is good… very accommodating.

Very good quality and matches my other groche bathroom hooks and towel racks.

It's a beautiful good quality toilet paper holder. The price was also very good.

Great finish, very durable. Elegant.
