Wayfair sent a used product completely banged up and scratched. After trying to negotiate the online return form they blamed the manufacturer and sent off some claim to them. Since they weren’t taking responsibility for their mistake, I chatted with them online and after 10 minutes of chat with an agent that had no power or authority to actually fix the problem, I was told the situation was escalated and I’d hear back in 1-2 business days. Experience with Wayfair in the past has shown that no response will ever be received. These business practices are truly evil.

Bars are heavy and look great. They are going into a new build and will not be installed for another month. Will update once bars are installed.
