Delivery was extremely prompt. We had an issue with the sink having a small crack in it. When we called customer service they were very polite and apologized for the problem. After sending a photo of the damage (while on the phone with customer service) they proceeded to process a replacement order - which again we received promptly, and was undamaged. The sink is beautiful and recommend it to anyone. As for Perigold... 2 thumbs up for great products and AMAZING customer service.
