I called customer service sales before ordering to make sure the tile was high polished. She checked and said it was. My first order was hacked and some fine person had my order rerouted to Florida. Customer service was helpful and sent a second order. Second order came and it was not high polished but was sugar coated finished. Customer service was kind and gave me a credit and a “I’m sorry” and got managers involved and found the description was written wrong. My whole bathroom was designed around this tile. Now my tilers must wait until I find a replacement. This is not my first issue with Wayfair. I am getting leery about ordering from them.
