Shipped with zero protection, possibly returned items. They just placed a shipping sticker on the box of mosaic tile without a minimum of a“fragile” sticker and said FedEx do your worst. Received one box at a time (in pieces sometimes) then had to go through a replacement process just to receive a “box” in the same exact condition
