Screws were not all chrome only two were.

High-quality and feels very durable! One of them arrived with a small dent in the replacement process was so easy that I was pleasantly surprised. We bought two of them to go into the kids bathroom.

We purchased this in black, its gorgeous in our pale blue gray bathroom. It is also super functional right next to the shower entrance for a robe and 2 towels, then it tucks away neatly. Love it

The hook itself is a very nice product, and well-made. Screws that came with it are too short to hold its weight, though, and one screw arrived broken.
