Beautiful tile. Just as pictured and maybe even more pretty than I thought.

What a nightmare! Ordered 36 sqft Dec 9 2019, received damaged 6 sqft mid Jan, then again mid Feb 2020. I paid for the full 36 sqft but now they cancelled completing the order while I have to wait for a refund almost 3 months into the process. The problem is not with the tile its the company. Customer service workers try to help but someone must be overruling them on helping customers. Wont purchase from Wayfair again.

This tile is stunning! However, be warned that when you order large freight from Wayfare they do use a third-party transportation company to deliver. I did not have any issues with the third-party transportation company. I did however have issues with Wayfair‘s service for the first time. I’m a loyal Wayfare client. However, I’ve never ordered bulk tile before. I ordered my tiles in September and I received them in late December. I would get one or two boxes a month. I spoke with three different case workers over three months before this issue was resolved. Our contractors were on the ground several times and this delay cost us monetarily and inconvenienced our family for the holidays. We were given a generous discount but we would’ve paid more than full price to receive our tile in September.  . We wwould’ve paid more than full pron time
