I just received this tile today. Out of the 48 pieces, 16 of them are broken. In the one box alone all 12 are broken. The tile is supposed to be black. It is definitely not! It is several shades of gray. I love the texture but so far that’s the only positive. I got in touch with wayfair about the broken tiles. Wayfair will not deal with it. They are having Daltile get in touch with me within the next couple of days. This makes no sense to me. I just need replacements that are not broken. It’s not that difficult.
