I was looking for a dark gray tile for my bathroom, and this one is perfect. The overall look is modern and dark, with lighter gray tones that add depth and interest.

The tile is what I wanted. These are high quality, hard porcelain with the color going through the body. That means if they are cut, the cut edge will be the same relative color as the tile surface, and the cut edge can be polished for a smooth, finished, exposed edge. The edges of these tiles have been "rectified" (cut and polished) so all tiles are uniform in size, enabling a thinner grout line. Thinner grout lines means less to get dirty or clean. Note that these tiles are actually 11/32" thick, not 3/8" as Daltile states on their spec sheet. Also, do not rely on the Daltile inch dimensions for the tile width and length. Those are rounded up, approximate numbers, larger than actual size. (like a 2x4 wall stud is actually 1-5/8"x 3.5"). Use their metric size instead, those are correct. For example, these 4" x 24" tiles are actually 9.73cm x 59.8cm, or 3.8"x23.5". Depending on your project and how precise you want to be in laying out your plan, this may or may not matter. FYI, these comments apply to the other sizes in this Fabrique collection as well. I'm giving 5 stars despite delivery damage, because WayFair were very good and responsive in addressing that issue.
