This tile looks beautiful and has a great design but stains easily. I have it in a guest bath that rarely gets used and I have already had to have it steam cleaned and resealed. I would not recommend unless you seal it VERY VERY good after installation. Remember to seal after the grouting not just after laying down because mine discolored since the grout was not sealed as well as the marble.

We did a full fireplace makeover. The tile is such a fun design and looks amazing with the other pieces from Wayfair (the mantel and clock). We were very happy with the quality and look of the tile!
