The soap dispenser top moves every time I use it. Also, the neck is short, not ideal at all.

I love this particular brand and the quality of their products. However, this particular item fell short. The top does not seal properly and the soap comes out and squirts all over the place. I think these two are defective. I should have noticed and returned sooner.

These are beautiful and a great addition to the bathroom. They are heavy and have a great texture and finish.
