I love these tiles, they are great quality and uniform. The only issue is they have little scratches on all of them, which I’m unsure if that’s normal for tile or it isn’t. At the end of the day it’s no big deal unless you are up close examining your tiles.

This warranty excludes any problems or occurrences caused or arising from the following, but not limited to: Improper installation, installation defects or errors, fabrication defects or errors, or improper transportation and handling of the products, Improper outdoor use of product, Normal design, shade, or color variation from samples, website, or other illustrations, Improper commercial use of the product, Customer or contractor improper use or maintenance of the product including negligence, physical, or chemical abuse, Grout-related problems, including but not limited to, shade variation, discoloration, deterioration, staining, hazing, or mildew, Any natural stone products, Normal variations between field tile and trim tile, Installation of any incorrectly sized, colored, shaded, calibrated, matched, or packaged product, Ordinary wear and tear, Any labor charges for the removal of product or installation of replacement product., Any Commercial or Second quality products, or any products not classified as First Quality
