The defect is defined as a shortfall in the product to perform to specifications as disclosed in the product literature, within industry allowable tolerances as set forth by the Tile Council of North America (TCNA), the American National Standard Institute (ANSI), and the Marble Institute of America.

Just as pictured! They need to have better delivery personnel. They just dropped them on the concrete floor and over 25% of the tile were damaged. Good thing we always order more than we need... Pros: Quality! Value! Cons: Shipping/delivery - 25% of the tiles were damaged from the delivery personnel.

This tile was just as pictured. They sent me a sample before I ordered it which was a great help and a great service offered by Wayfair. Shipping was quick, but the delivery team just dropped the boxes on the concrete floor so over 25% of the tile was broken. Good thing we always over order with it comes to tile... Pros: Quality Cons: Deliver/Shipping - many damaged tile
